On Saturday, the singer showed “Renaissance Film Premiere” for the first time at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Los Angeles. Lizzo, Janelle Monáe, Halle Bailey, and Beyoncé’s former Destiny’s Child partners Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were among the famous people who walked the red carpet at the event.
At the Renaissance Film Premiere, that night were the singer’s parents, Tina and Matthew Knowles, and famous people like Tyler Perry, Issa Rae, Laverne Cox, Gabrielle Union, Lupita Nyong’o, and more.
In a strapless silver Versace gown, Beyoncé, 42, made a grand entrance at the screening. She wore silver opera gloves and sandals with silver heels to match. When she posed for pictures, the “Break My Soul” singer also wore her golden blonde hair in a sleek style.
The event, which featured lots of famous people, was to celebrate the movie, which includes parts of Beyoncé’s live performances in 2023 in support of her 2022 album “Renaissance.” The movie shows the journey of the Renaissance World Tour, from its start in Stockholm, Sweden, to its end in Kansas City, Missouri.
Behind-the-scenes footage with the famous performer was part of the project, and her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, performed live with her mom during the tour.
Theaters will open “Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé” on December 1. A press release says the movie is also about “Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy and master her craft.”
