The AmFAR Gala returns to Cannes on Thursday. The high-profile event, which takes place in conjunction with the Cannes Film Festival, attracts celebrities from all over the world to raise funds for the organization’s commitment to AIDS research.
Christina Aguilera, Ricky Martin, and Charli XCX will perform at this year’s AmFAR Gala Cannes 2022, which will be hosted at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. During the sold-out black-tie event, Robert De Niro will be celebrated, and Carine Roitfeld will curate the evening’s fashion display.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour, followed by supper and a live auction, which will be overseen by Swiss auctioneer Simon de Pury. However, before the start of the AmFAR Gala Cannes 2022, well-heeled guests will pose for photographers in designer fancy clothes appropriate for the French Riviera. With models from Armani, Alaia, Burberry, Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, Gucci, Giambattista Valli, Jacquemus, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Oscar de la Renta, and more set to walk the ramp in Armani.
