There are a lot of awards events going on right now, and the 2024 Critics Choice Awards are the newest one. Tonight, some of the biggest stars in TV and movies get together to honor great achievements and show off their stunning looks, which are worthy of their own awards.
Celebrities from Hollywood will be dressed to the nines, and the best movies and TV shows from 2023 will be shown. It will be at the event that Harrison Ford gets the Career Achievement Award and America Ferrera gets the SeeHer Award. The other awards have not been announced yet, but Barbie has been nominated for 18 awards, which is a record. Oppenheimer and Poor Things are next, with 13 each. The Morning Show has the most nods for a TV show, with six. Succession comes in second with five.
For the second year in a row, actress Chelsea Handler will host the big event at the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, California. It will be shown live on The CW at 7 p.m. ET. The show will be offered on TV streaming services like Hulu + Live TV, DirecTV Stream, Sling TV, and FuboTV for people who don’t have cable.
