The former TV actor Shantanu Maheshwari playing the male lead in the film Love in Vietnam chose to dress by his heart at Cannes 2024. Serving pure Indian aesthetics, the male lead in his Cannes-select movie premiere was draped in a white kurta. His stylist Pyu chose the cotton-linen ensemble, whose jacket was rife with embroidered details in golden thread.
For the footwear, the actor mentions choosing a traditional white Mojari, matching the golden thread work. However, this outfit wasn’t the only style Shantanu Maheshwari carried throughout his Cannes appearances. The second outfit by the actor was also a white affair, blending effortlessly with the Riviera shoreline & city stones.

The inlay shirt did not contain any stones if one were to exclude the thread work-surrounded tiny mirrors at the front below the collar. Still, it was the shade that attracted more allure – not entirely white but a creamy light pastel pink. To match the footwear, the actor chose sleek boots featuring a tattoo of the Kolkata City Skyline, his so-called hometown.
