You can always trust the youngest daughter of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to do something out of the blue to celebrate her 21st birthday. Kylie Jenner might be taking baby steps down the motherhood alley, but that couldn’t stop her indomitable spirit from unleashing her inner party animal to celebrate her legal drinking age.
Kylie who is usually seen rocking her short black hair, donned a platinum wig for a sassy photoshoot which showcases her in an array of poses and outfits. The self-made millionaire shared the intriguing frame over her Instagram where one version of her was popping a bottle of champagne in her underwear while another was laying on the floor and sipping from a red cup.
The third version of the reality star could be seen wearing a white latex skirt and sipping from a wine glass while laying down on her stomach and a fourth one dressed in a fancy red jumpsuit could be seen holding a red cup and clinging to a giant ‘K’ balloon. You can also see another one walking out of a jazzy curtain at the extreme left but it’s difficult to say whether it is our lady of the hour as her face remains hidden in the same.
According to MailOnline, Kylie did this photoshoot just three weeks after giving birth to Stormi Webster. But you can hardly make that out from seeing the ultimate diva blowing a party horn and having a jolly good time.
She captioned the frame quoting, ‘PARTY TIME WITH MY GIRLS BECAUSE THE BIRTHDAY COLLECTION LAUNCHES IN 1 HOUR!’
A series of Instagram stories were posted by the beauty entrepreneur on 31st July where she hinted at the upcoming Kylie Cosmetics launch on 6th of August. “I can’t wait to share this collection with you guys. It’s definitely the most personal collections that I’ve done, so I hope you guys love it,” Kylie revealed in a video while introducing the new products.
The collection includes six new matte neon lipsticks which have been named Rager (a watermelon pink), Birthday Behavior (poppy red), Glam (a Schiaparelli pink), August (pinky nude), Rumor (blood red), and Flirtini (rose pink).
There is also a ‘Hello 21’ eyeshadow palette with the words “Sipping Pretty” speckled over the front in fuchsia hue while the box interior features the collection’s running motif of red Solo cups.
A brand-new pressed powder singular highlighter has been launched in the shade Champagne Showers which appears to be more of a yellow-gold version of Becca Cosmetic’s extremely popular champagne pop highlighter. The palette has been packed with party-themed motifs such as a birthday cupcake with “Get Lit” spelled out in candles and sparkly fireworks.
The Birthday Lip Trio comes in three different shades; The After Party (electric tangerine), Shots (golden glittery red), and Victoria (a brick red, which has presumably been named after Jenner’s assistant). The liquid eyeshadows also come in three different shades of Eat Cake (pearly pink), Born to Sparkle (antique green-gold), and Fine Wine (metallic grape). The new Lip Kit shades are Twenty One (fruity peach), Baddie (pure orange), and Tipsy (magenta).
Her Instagram story revealed the young star gushing over the fact, “I can’t believe I’m about to 21. It’s definitely the most personal collection that I’ve done. I hope you guys love it. My birthday collections are super special to me, because the first collection I ever did was for my 19th birthday, so this is going to be my third annual birthday collection. My birthdays are kind of what set off collections for me.”
The collection has been branded as “most personal” as you can see the face of the makeup diva splashed across the ‘Hello 21’ makeup kit. Each lipstick tube has been painted in six different neon-bright confetti like colors with a picture of a blonde Kylie in its outside packaging. Although the inner lipstick colors do not coordinate with the packaging, it is just as bold and bright.
Kylie had resorted to limited edition makeup launches previously for marking major holidays. She devoted a whole line of makeup to her “momager” Kris Jenner during the past mothers’ day. Every Christmas and Valentine’s Day is also marked by the makeup diva with limited edition launches of eyeshadow palettes, Lip Kits, highlighters and a lot more.
Fans around the globe are eagerly waiting for a collaboration between Kylie and her best friend Jordyn Woods to take the makeup world by storm. Jordyn recently revealed to E! News that, “Well, we’ve been wanting to collab for a long time…since she started her company. Finally, we found something that works, so I’m very excited and it’s coming out very soon.”
Kylie has already collaborated with all her sisters apart from Kendall who is presently the face of Estee Lauder.
