Yes, BTFW24 is back for three days, and its runway is LIT with the best designs. Graced by noteworthy Bollywood actors, actresses, and media personalities, the event is as grand as it gets in the Indian Fashion Industry.
The BTFW24 at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai featured iconic celebrities and veteran faces, all adding their unique charm to the event. The diverse range of designer styles also shone brightly, creating a vibrant atmosphere where stars gathered with enthusiasm.
The evening of sophistication – a celebration of poise, design, and hard work, saw the contemporary and traditional styles blending pleasantly, even as all shades of the spectrum paid their attendance.
On the first day, Friday, May 3rd, the Bombay Times Fashion Week was graced by luminaries such as Malaika Arora Khan, Karisma Kapoor, and former Miss India 2020 winner Sini Shetty. The following day, the event continued to dazzle with the presence of notable personalities, including Sushmita Sen, Mrunal Thakur, Shriya Saran, Mannara Chopra, Daler Mehndi, and Alaya F, all of whom captured the hearts of the attendees.

The stunning epitome of fitness, Malaika Arora, appeared at BTFW24 in a shimmering Ivory Lehenga designed by Archana Kochhar. The designer’s applause-worthy summer collection also included a sleeveless bralette, an embroidered skirt, and a matching dupatta.
Karisma Kapoor

The ever-graceful Karisma Kapoor took to the ramp at BTFW24 in an Awigna dress and enchanted the audience. The clothing brand by Varsha and Rittu effortlessly matched the impeccable style of Karisma Kapoor. Her charm furthermore brought praises to the ensemble, a red shimmery lehenga complete with a jacket-style lehenga choli.
Sini Shetty
Label: Story Brand
Clad in a glamorous backless blouse, matching skirt, and dupatta by Story Brand, Miss India 2022 winner Sini Shetty looked a complete showstopper. Her elegance and confident exuberance added flair to the outfit, which already commanded attention and admiration.
Sushmita Sen

A few can pull off a traditional regal look as beautifully as Sushmita Sen. The former Miss Universe looked flattering as she walked down the ramp holding the veil of a heavy off-white lehenga, but that was not all.
She also expressed gratitude to her Taali co-stars and the LGBTQ+ community for their unconditional acceptance and inclusiveness. All in all, the appearance was ‘one for the books’ in BTFW2024’s history.
Mrunal Thakur

The unforgettable fashion icon of the era, Mrunal Thakur, looked like every showstopper’s dream at the BTFW24. Her ramp appearance for Anu Pellakuru (designer) saw her dress in a bright pink lehenga set featuring laced golden embroidery throughout the outfit.
Its plunging neckline blouse had a butterfly hem, and the flared skirt paired with a golden adornment dupatta raised the overall appeal and exquisiteness.
Shriya Saran
Designer: Anu Pellakuru
Bollywood star Shriya Saran looked gorgeous in an off-pink floral lehenga, also made by Anu Pellakuru. Her outfit was complemented by heavy diamond jewelry—a diamond necklace boasting a bold ruby at its center and dazzling diamond earrings.
Daler Mehndi
Designer: Suwannee by Sam
The Thai designer Suwannee by Sam at BTFW24 featured its Blossoming Through Resilience collection with the legendary Daler Mehndi. The intended collaboration of the two aimed at shining a spotlight on both environmental consciousness and fashion, and it did. The attendees loved the iconic singer, who in the past had also led a tree plantation movement of 10 lakh specimens across Delhi NCR and other areas.

Alaya F looked every bit of a diva & a fitness enthusiast as she looked sizzling in a cut-out playsuit. Designed by Rishi and Vibhuti, the red and pink outfit did justice to its Coastal Glamour theme and Bohemian elegance for its Spring Summer 2024 collection.
