She and Prince William went to South Korea to meet President Yoon Suk Yeol and First Lady Kim Keon Hee and formally welcomed them.

In the past few months, the Princess of Wales has stopped wearing her signature royal uniform, which usually consisted of midi or coatdresses, and started wearing a different range of royal uniforms instead. As part of this, she has been wearing modern clothes with only one color to public events, outings for her Shaping Us campaign, and even the Rugby World Cup. Today, however, made it clear that Princess Kate will still wear one of her favorite dresses to a special event.

Kate went to London’s Horse Guards Parade ground with her husband, Prince William, their in-laws King Charles III and Queen Camilla, and others to meet South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and First Lady Kim Keon Hee.

Kate looked beautiful in a bright candy-apple red Catherine Walker cape coatdress for the event, which was the king’s second state visit ever. The lively outfit included a cape coat with a big bow at the neck that pulled over a shorter red dress that matched. Kate finished off her bold all-red outfit with a wide-brimmed red hat, a pair of red suede shoes from Gianvito Rossi, and a red Miu Miu shoulder bag with a small bow.

The two most important pieces of jewelry Kate wore were engagement rings and earrings that used to belong to Princess Diana. The engagement ring was made of sapphires and diamonds, and the earrings matched.

Through his red tie, William quietly matched his wife’s outfit. He wore it with a white dress shirt and a navy blue suit.
