The 36-year-old actress starring HBO hit series The White Lotus, Alexandra Daddario, and producer Andrew Form swept our feet off the grounds with the revelation of their wedding in New Orleans. The couple had met during peak COVID and got engaged in August 2021. The couple decided to get married amidst their busy schedule in June and here we are tearing up looking at the cute couple’s wedding photos now!
“I was waiting for my co-op to approve me so I was sleeping on an acquaintance’s couch and would take frequent walks. He was also on a walk, and we passed each other downtown. He turned back and said ‘hi’ just as I was turning around to glance back at him. I laughed and said ‘hi,’ and then we both laughed about how we were the only two people on what is normally an incredibly busy street, and he asked if he could take me to dinner. Andrew had to catch his connecting flight the next morning but explained that if she wanted to get dinner, he would be back in town in a couple of weeks. “I said ‘okay’ against my better judgment,”Alexandra jokes about their first encounter
Alexandra Daddario And Andrew Form’s Wedding Outfits
Alexandra chose to go for Danielle Frankel for her wedding dress-which was definitely a good choice! Danielle Frankel’s every dress just feels beautiful in every manner and we give her that! The actress chose a dress that gave her a sense of belonging in New Orleans and was perfect for the Louisiana heat as well.
She tried to keep the accessories and makeup light and easy to beat the summer heat in Louisiana hence the dress as well as the makeup was kept to a minimum and “nothing too heavy or serious”.
On the other hand, Andrew picked a Brunello Cucinelli pinstripe suit for their wedding day. The producer owns a fair number of Brunello attires and we are not surprised he turned towards the brand for his wedding outfit as well! Andrew ended up choosing a handsome yet not-too-serious suit that worked just perfectly for a New Orleans wedding in mid-June.
The Wedding Location
The wedding was held at Preservation Hall which gave a laid-back aesthetic to the wedding. The old and historic building that could not hide its age and ‘flaws’ was what attracted Alexandra. The beautiful wedding was all about music, drinking, and authentic New Orleans. and at the end of the day, again, simple.
After the wedding ceremony, a New Orleans second line led the couple and their guests through the French Quarter to Bar Marilou for the reception. There were cheeseburgers, tarot card readings, and a dance party that went until the bar had to close.
We can surely see how ‘deep in love’ the newlywed couple is through their photos! However, of course, we are not to forget how gorgeous the bride looked even in a simple slip-down dress and how dashing the groom was in his subtle and classy suit!
